As a balloon decorator and networker, I find it amazing that there are alot of people that hate balloons. On asking people why they say “It’s the bang, It stems from my childhood”.
Well fear not we have a solution so you can now enjoy balloons. These just wither rather than bang if popped these are the deco bubbles.
What makes a balloon Bang?
The air in a balloon is at a higher pressure than its surroundings because the elastic tension of the balloon skin is pulling inwards. … The high-pressure air that was inside the balloon is now free to expand and this creates a pressure wave that our ears hear as a bang.
Interesting fact: Researchers from the University of Alabama say They found popping a balloon generates a noise that can reach 168 decibels – four times higher than a 12-bore shotgun. So no wonder we don’t like the bang…
