Terms and Conditions of Sale
1.1 - We are Not Vat registered therefore we do not charge VAT to our customers
2.1 - All delivery times quoted are estimates only please allow 1-3 working days from time of order
2.2 - If we fail to deliver within a reasonable time after the quoted delivery time, you may (by informing us in writing) cancel the order however:
2.2.1 - you may not cancel if we receive your notice after the goods have been dispatched;
2.2.2 - If you accept delivery of the goods after the estimated delivery time, it will be on the basis that you have no claim against us for delay (including indirect or consequential loss, or increase in the price of the goods).
2.3 - We may deliver the goods in instalments. Each instalment is treated as a separate contract.
2.4 - We may decline to deliver if:
2.4.1 - we believe that it would be unsafe, unlawful or unreasonably difficult to do so; or
2.4.2 - the premises (or the access to them) are unsuitable for delivery vehicle.
2.4.3 - If your order NEVER arrived and you needed it for a certain date but it was NOT Occasions Hub Ltd fault (eg post strike - delayed at customs - or lost - or other) and it didn't get there on time, we can only refund your ordered items we are not obliged to refund the postage you (the customer) paid on the original order. However if it is of extreme consequences this may be reviewed per customer.
3.1 - The goods are at your risk from the time of delivery.
3.2 - Delivery takes place either:
3.2.1 - at your premises or address specified by you (if we are arranging carriage).
3.3 - You must inspect the goods on delivery. If any goods are damaged or not delivered, you must write to tell us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery time. You must give us (and any carrier) a fair chance to inspect the damaged goods.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 - You are to pay us by credit card, debit card, Paypal or Bacs Transfer before any order will be dispatched. Please Note: “We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties”
4.2 - If you fail to pay us in full on the order date we may:
4.2.1 - suspend or cancel future deliveries;
4.2.2 - cancel any discount offered to you;
6.1 - We warrant that the goods:
6.1.1 - comply with their description on our order confirmation form; and
6.1.2 - are free from material defect at the time of delivery (as long as you comply with clause 6.3).
6.2 - We give no other warranty (and exclude any warranty, term or condition that would otherwise be implied) as to the quality of the goods or their fitness for any purpose.
6.3 - If you believe that we have delivered goods that are defective in materials or workmanship, you must:
6.3.1 - inform us (in writing), with full details, within 14 days; and
6.3.2 - allow us to investigate (we may need access to your premises and product samples).
6.3.3 - pay all carriage and all other reasonable charges when returning the goods to us.
6.3.4 - complete our returns paperwork fully noting the original invoice number
6.4 - If the goods are found to be defective in material or workmanship (following our investigations), and you have complied with those conditions (in clause 6.3) in full, our Agent or we will (at our option) repair the goods, replace the goods or issue a credit note.
6.5 - We are not liable for any other loss or damage arising from the contract or the supply of goods or their use, even if we are negligent, including (as examples only);
6.5.1 - indirect or consequential loss
6.6 - For all other liabilities not referred to elsewhere in these terms our liability is limited in damages to the price of the goods.
6.7 - Nothing in these terms restricts or limits our liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence.
7. Return of Goods
7.1 - We will accept the return of goods from you only:
7.1.1 - by prior arrangement (confirmed in writing);
7.1.2 - If returned within 14 working days (unless the goods were defective when delivered); and
7.1.3 - where the goods are as fit for sale on their return as they were on delivery.
8. Cancellation & Refunds
Returns Policy - Cancellation Of Order
All goods purchased from Occasions Hub Ltd may be returned for refund within 14 working days from receipt of goods[*].
Before sending the parcel back to us, Please contact us by email and let us know the reason for the return plus whether the item has been used. In addition, you will need to confirm your name, order number and postcode.
Items such as stockings, panties and wigs adhere to our strict policy and we ask our customers not to open or try-on any of these products until they are happy it suits their needs. For items such as contact lenses the packaging will need to be unopened and and without exception not tried on or tested. This is for obvious hygienic reasons. Any of these items returned might not be refunded if found to be worn.
May we please ask you to additionally note:
8.1. You must take care of our goods whilst they are in your possession and any item for return must be received back in its original shipped condition and original packing. The item must be without damage or use and in a suitable condition for resale. All original packaging should accompany any returned item. We cannot accept returns for refund if such items have been opened from a sealed package All items will be inspected on their return to us.
We are not a manufacturer, so the whole product and packaging must be returned as the same condition as you would have received it and how you may expect to receive it. If the product or packaging is in any way missing or damaged, we cannot refund.
8.2. That you or your carrier are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us. Cost and Risk of return will be at your expense and we strongly recommend that you receive proof of posting or use Royal Mail's "Recorded Signed" service. You may like to opt for Royal Mail's "Special Delivery" service if a valuable item.
8.3. We regret that outbound shipping, packing and insurance cannot be refunded.
8.4. We try to make refunds within one week of receipt back to us though promise to make all refunds within 30 calendar days from receipt of goods to our warehouse. Please note that we will not be held liable for any interest payment that you may incur because any refund was made outside of your credit/debit card timescales.
8.5. Please return the goods to the address on the top of your receipt/invoice. Any returned items not including such information may well be delayed.
8.6. Any returned goods that we receive which are outside of this Returns Policy will be defined as 'In Dispute'. Such In Dispute items will not be refunded. A reason for this decision will be provided. We are happy to re-ship such In Dispute items back to you, otherwise they will be destroyed within 91 calendar days from their receipt back to us.
8.7. We are sorry but due to false promises in the past, we are unable to replace an item until the original is returned to Occasions Hub Ltd. If you need an item in a hurry, we suggest you place a second order for the new item and send the original back at a later date.
8.8. Sometimes and especially if goods are purchased in advance for a present or delivered while on holiday, aforementioned 14 day response timescales can be missed. Therefore, without prejudice and as a gesture of goodwill, we are happy to consider the following remedy on a case by case basis:
• Should you wish to cancel the contract between 14 working days and 30 calendar days from receipt of goods, we will be happy to accept the item(s) back with refund of the goods to the value of 70% of the purchase price (excluding shipping)
• Should an item be returned and received after 30 calendar days, we will have no obligation to refund. If you wish the item resent to you, we will ask for a nominal fee to cover additional shipping costs.
• Your statutory rights are not affected.
[*] "14 working days from receipt of goods" shall be defined as 14 working days after the date of signature of receipt of goods
All of our products come with our 30 day guarantee where you may return faulty goods for exchange or refund of original purchase price. This does not effect your Statutory Rights.
Returns Policy - Faulty Goods
Should a product be faulty, you should let us know immediately as we will happily refund or exchange it for you. You should let us know as soon as possible via email (or telephone first) within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery or, where this was not apparent on reasonable inspection, within 14 calendar days after discovery or 30 calendar days after receipt by you, whichever is the earlier.
Before sending the parcel back to us, please contact us to let us know. You will be asked for the reason for the return including whether you will prefer a refund or exchange plus whether the item has been used. In addition, you will need to confirm your name, order number and postcode
May we please ask you to additionally note:
1. We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval.
2. Please return the goods to the address on the top of your receipt/invoice. Any returned items not including such information may well be delayed.
3. Any returned goods that we receive which are outside of this Returns Policy will be defined as 'In Dispute'. Such In Dispute items will not be refunded or exchanged. A reason for this decision will be provided. We are happy to re-ship such In Dispute items back to you, otherwise they will be destroyed within 91 calendar days from their receipt back to us.

We cannot accept returns on confectionery, Tights, Pants, Pouches, Hosiery, makeup or Wigs.
9. Waiver And Variations
9.1 - Any waiver or variation of these terms is binding in honour only unless:
9.2 - All orders that you place with us will be on these terms (or any that we may issue to replace them). By placing an order with us, you are expressly waiving any printed terms you may have to the extent that they are inconsistent with our terms.
10. Force Majeure
10.1 - If we are unable to perform our obligations to you (or able to perform them only at unreasonable cost) because of circumstances beyond our control, we may cancel or suspend any of our obligations to you, without liability.
10.2 - Examples of those circumstances include act of God, accident, explosion, war, terrorism, fire, flood, transport delays, strikes and other industrial disputes and difficulty in obtaining supplies.
11.1 - English law is applicable to any contract made under these terms. The English and Welsh courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
